Format:

Include proper addressee, company name, job position.
Give as many ways to contact you as possible.
Address it to a specific person.
Ask another person to edit your cover letter.
Make sure there are no mistakes or errors.
Make sure you signed your cover letter.
Include your resume as an enclosure.
Use white or ivory bond paper.
